Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Our Year 7 and 8 debaters proudly participated in this year’s Premier’s Debating Challenge, showcasing their skills, confidence, and teamwork in a dynamic and engaging competition.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music, and art programs foster creativity and self-expression among students. Notably, our rock band achieved first place in the secondary schools instrumental group category at the Eisteddfod in September!
Excursion Opportunities
Our school offers exciting excursions to enrich students’ learning beyond the classroom. Year 12 seniors have the chance to visit Canberra, exploring key national sites like Parliament House and the Australian War Memorial. Year 7 students attend an annual trip to Coffs Harbour, designed to build teamwork and ease their transition into high school. Stage 5 students (Years 9 and 10) enjoy a Sydney excursion focused on cultural and curriculum-based experiences. These trips provide valuable educational and social benefits, creating lasting memories for all participants.
