Our principal and staff
At our school, we are dedicated to nurturing every student’s learning, wellbeing, and sense of belonging. Our staff collaborates to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where each child is empowered and equipped for success.
Welcome from our principal
“As Principal of Tenterfield High School, I am proud to lead a school that provides a supportive environment and a wide range of opportunities for every student. We are committed to high-quality teaching and learning, demonstrated by our significant improvement in the 2023 HSC results and recognition from the Secretary of Education.
Our small rural school offers personalised support, strong relationships, and tailored learning experiences to help every student thrive. Beyond academics, students engage in diverse sporting, cultural, and extracurricular activities, including agriculture, vocational education, and the creative arts. Many also contribute to the local community and compete in state sports.
We proudly embrace Aboriginal culture and identity as a vital part of our school community. I invite you to explore our website to discover what makes Tenterfield High School a great place to learn and grow."
